Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website at ansurogya.com or placing an order with Ansurogya Supermarket. By using our website you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Ansurogya Supermarket is a retail grocery business located near Central Command, Kumasi, Ghana. We sell local and imported groceries, household essentials, beverages, and electronics through our physical store and this website.
2. Orders and Availability
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to offer a substitute or a full refund.
- Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Stock is only confirmed when your order is processed by our team.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or if a pricing error has occurred.
- Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Payment
- MTN Mobile Money (MoMo): Payment is sent to 0552 681 380. Quoting your order reference is required. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
- Pay at Collection: Full payment in cash or MoMo is due at the time of collection from our store.
- We do not accept credit or debit card payments at this time.
4. Delivery
- We offer same-day delivery within Kumasi for orders placed before 12:00 noon.
- The delivery fee is GH₵ 20 unless you are an Ansurogya Prime member, in which case delivery is free.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, or demand. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
- You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If delivery fails due to your unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
5. Click & Collect
- Orders placed for collection are typically ready within 2 hours during store opening hours.
- You will receive a call or WhatsApp message when your order is ready.
- Orders not collected within 48 hours of the ready notification may be cancelled.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Damaged or incorrect items may be returned at the time of delivery or collection. Please inspect your order before accepting it.
- Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods) cannot be returned once accepted unless they are demonstrably unfit for consumption.
- Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original, unopened condition with proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed via MTN MoMo to the number used for payment, within 3–5 business days.
7. Ansurogya Prime Membership
- The Ansurogya Prime annual membership fee is GH₵ 500 per year.
- Membership benefits include free delivery on all orders and exclusive member discounts.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to cancel a membership if these Terms are breached.
- Refunds on membership fees are not available after the membership card has been issued, except where required by law.
8. Premier Electronics
- Premier Electronics items are special-order products sourced from manufacturers or international suppliers. Lead times are typically 6–8 weeks from the date of confirmed payment.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the item price is required to place a Premier order.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival of the item in store.
- Cancellations after the deposit is paid will forfeit the deposit.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Ansurogya Supermarket or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansurogya Supermarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
